Redeemed Online Viewing Party

BY CHISA HUTCHINSON
DIRECTED BY marcus d. harvey

Can’t make it to New York City to see CATF’s Redeemed? No problem! Join us on Saturday, October 5 at 7:15pm for a special online screening and post-show discussion with CATF’s Artistic Director, Peggy McKowen! Experience this first part of CATF’s 2024 Fall Reading Series!

Redeemed spins a story over the course of two prison visitations between Claire Yiang, a woman whose brother was murdered nine years ago, and Trevor Barlow, the murderer. Having sent Claire a letter begging for a visit, Trevor tries to prove he’s now a changed man thanks to the help of her brother’s ghost. Claire must decide if Trevor is capable of redemption, or just attempting to impress the parole board.

Tickets are for at home, online viewing.

You’ll receive an email with a Zoom link to the performance one hour before the show.

Contains strong language, sudden loud noises, racial slurs, and discussions of self-harm and physical and sexual violence.
