We’ll explore flow, laughter, and the delicate balance between living in the present and honoring your past and future — then watch it all play out live on stage. Led by Dr. Sabrina Clark, Positive Neurosychologist, including improv and sketch comedy with Maryland Ensemble Theater (MET) Ensemble Members Shea-Mikal Green (CATF Assistant Artistic Director), James McGarvey, and Laura Stark.
